Job summary

Validation Associates LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract position in Rutland, Vermont. You will provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN, supporting the healthcare team in delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, assisting with daily living activities, and documenting patient progress.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the relevant state.
• Current BLS certification.
• Prior clinical experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient progress.
• Assist with daily living activities as needed.
• Communicate patient status and changes to the RN and care team.
• Support care planning and implementation under RN supervision.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
