American Senior Communities invites qualified Licensed Practical Nurses to join Columbia Healthcare Center in Indiana for full-time day shifts (6 AM–6 PM, 12-hour shifts) with weekend rotation and no on-call. The role focuses on compassionate geriatric care, medication management, and accurate resident assessments.

You will work with a care team to promote residents' physical and psychosocial well-being, uphold CARE values, and support family and staff relationships.

Qualifikationen

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
