Wellstar Health System is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work under physician direction and assist with exams, treatments, and follow-up care. The LPN will record treatments in the medical record and participate in patient and family education across all ages.

Minimum qualifications include graduation from a practical nursing program, a current Georgia LPN license, and a current BLS card from AHA or Red Cross prior to hire.

Formación

• Graduate from a practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current/active LPN license in the state of Georgia.
• Current BLS card from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Responsabilidades

• Identify patient needs and provide care under physician direction.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist during treatments.
• Coordinate tests and follow-up care; document treatment in medical records.
• Educate patients and families and demonstrate competency across all ages.
