Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents requiring care; collect patient data and report pertinent information to the care team.
• Work under supervision using the state Nurse Practice Act and nursing judgment; document observations.
• Direct and supervise care given by nursing staff as needed.
