Job summary
CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Bismarck, ND. You will provide compassionate nursing care under physician or RN direction, assess resident needs, and deliver essential physical or psychosocial care.
You will explain procedures, answer questions, document accurately, and use the nursing process to promote optimal patient outcomes. Experience in public health or home health is preferred; ND LPN license and CPR required.
Qualifications
- Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing program.
- Experience in public health or home health nursing preferred.
- ND LPN license and CPR certification required.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes the nursing process to develop and implement a plan of care promoting optimal outcomes.
- Assist in meeting educational needs of patients, families, and coworkers.
- Delegate nursing care based on staff qualifications and patient needs.
- Demonstrate flexibility, precept, and take additional shifts when needed.
- Complete documentation according to policy and timelines.
