Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing service and documentation, and review records.
• Oversee medical information; verify follow up and documentation; chart reviews and appointments.
• Ensure documentation is accurate with follow up noted.
• Complete routine work including doctors' orders, follow up appointments/tests, maintain tickler and schedules.
• Provide bedside care and administer medications with documentation of effects.
• Take vital signs and monitor patient comfort.
• Collect samples and provide wound care.
• Assist with staff coaching as necessary.
• Make and follow up on doctor orders and appointments.
