Job summary

The Palms at Venice in Venice, Florida is seeking dedicated LPNs to join our clinical team. The LPN provides direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.

You will administer medications, perform assessments, document care, and collaborate with CNAs and physicians to ensure high-quality resident outcomes. We offer competitive pay and flexible opportunities including full-time, part-time, and PRN positions.

Qualifications

• Active Florida LPN license in good standing.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Document nursing care in accordance with facility policies and regulations
• Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
