Job summary

AristaCare Health Services is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to residents. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong clinical skills and a commitment to excellence in resident care.

Available shifts include 12-hour blocks: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, with full-time and per diem options. The role requires a Pennsylvania LPN license, current CPR, and IV certification (preferred).

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR certification.
• IV certification (preferred).
• Long-term care experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Administering and supervising medications.
• Monitoring residents’ health status and reporting changes.
• Assessing residents’ physical and mental conditions.
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Leading by example to ensure high standards of care.
• Taking appropriate action to address resident care needs.
