Dartmouth Health is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for the Hematology-Oncology Infusion Clinic in Lebanon, NH. This part-time role supports nursing staff with routine patient care and ADLs, under RN supervision, in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The position requires a NH LNA license, BLS on hire, a high school diploma, and basic computer skills. 36 hours weekly with day shifts; compensation includes Dartmouth Health benefits and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Must demonstrate keyboarding skills and be familiar with computer use.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with routine patient care activities under the supervision of the Registered Nurse, including, but not be limited to, performing ADL’s, obtaining clinical data, including vital signs, heights and weights, utilizing universal precautions, collecting specimens or performing point of care testing and recording results in medical record.
• Assists in maintaining a clean and safe work environment by keeping the hallways clear of excess equipment, emptying linen bags when full, etc.
• Assists visitors and answer telephones.
• Assists new co-workers in learning the work of the department.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned.
