Yona is seeking a Laundry Aide to join our team. Experience is not required, but preferred. You will provide warm and friendly hospitality to residents, visitors, and coworkers, ensuring clean and well-maintained laundry and linen services.

Responsibilities include operating laundry equipment, sorting and delivering linens, and maintaining inventory. We value motivated, compassionate individuals who support a high-quality, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions concerning cleaning compounds, liquids, disinfecting solutions, etc.
• Ability to work independently and flexibly.
• Possess integrity and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to interact effectively with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Transports laundry containers of soiled and clean linen.
• Operates commercial washing machines and dryers.
• Sorts, loads, and processes laundry correctly.
• Folds and distributes clean linen and clothing.
• Keeps accurate records of linen inventory.
• Maintains laundry equipment and area in a neat, safe condition.
• Follows company policies and notifies supervisor of supply needs.
• Delivers laundry as specified and prioritizes customer service.
