Century Park Associates is seeking a Laundry Aide to perform daily laundry operations for residents in a post-acute care environment. You will manage laundry of linens and residents’ personal items, ensuring compliance with care standards and regulations.

The role emphasizes courteous, attentive service to seniors, with responsibilities including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing laundry, plus reporting supply needs and any concerns to your supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collects, sorts, washes, dries, folds and distributes bed and bath linens to residents.
• Sorts soiled items requiring stain removal and/or treatment.
• Assists and/or launders residents’ personal laundry.
• Presses/irons garments as requested.
• Labels residents’ personal laundry and linens as directed.
• Cleans dryer filters regularly and maintains equipment.
• Keeps laundry supplies stocked and reports low levels to supervisor.
