Job summary

Qualifications

• Must maintain sanitation, order and safety in laundry areas.
• Able to follow written and oral instructions for cleaning chemicals.
• Capable of lifting at least 25 pounds and moving laundry items.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily laundry duties in accordance with facility standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary laundry areas and supply linen.
• Coordinate laundry service with nursing staff as needed.
• Report accidents/incidents to supervisor and follow safety policies.
• Wear PPE and follow MSDS guidelines when handling chemicals.
