Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Dishwasher to support kitchen operations by keeping dishware and equipment clean and safe. The role involves maintaining sanitation logs, operating dish machines, and assisting with storage and dining service tasks to uphold resident well-being.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and maintain dishwashing and pot washing stations
• Operate dish machines per manufacturer instructions
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware
• Maintain accurate temperature and sanitation logs
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning assignments
• Clean kitchen equipment, floors, and prep areas
• Assist with storage, labeling, and rotation of supplies
• Follow OSHA and food safety regulations at all times
• Support dining service duties as assigned
