Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking a compassionate personal care attendant to provide non-medical, in-home care. You will support clients in bathing, grooming, meal prep, housekeeping, companionship, and transportation, while monitoring health and adhering to care plans.

The role offers a base pay of 16.00 per hour, paid orientation and ongoing training, and time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays, with flexible schedules and client matching.

Responsibilities

• Core Hands-On Personal Care (ADLs): bathing/showering, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility.
• Homemaking and Domestic Support: meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, errands.
• Companionship and Transportation: social engagement, community activities, transport to appointments.
• Health Supervision and Administrative Support: medication reminders, condition monitoring, care plan adherence.
