• Maintain and submit all required reports, timesheets, travel vouchers and logs timely.
• Maintain knowledge of area of responsibility.
• Attend meetings and complete 12 hours of in-service annually.
• Research and/or recommend new processes and procedures to better serve agency or client needs.
• Display interest and participate in Agency development activities and fundraising as required.
• Perform to the best of ability at all times and maintain professional presence.
• Interact with Agency staff to foster positive working relationships.
• Provide positive assistance to staff and clients.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance and confidentiality.

This position involves the maintenance of an impaired individual in his/her own home. The primary function is to prevent the institutionalization of the client through the provision of long term maintenance of the client household and performing those personal care tasks that they are incapable of providing for themselves.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide personal care services to impaired individuals to allow maintenance in their own homes and to prevent institutionalization.

• Research and/or recommend new process, procedures and applications which can better serve Agency or client needs.
• Displays an interest and enthusiasm in on-going Agency sponsored development activities; supports company efforts with consistent participation and attendance.
• Participates in Agency fundraising, as required by supervisor.
• Perform on the job to the best of ability at all times.
• Exhibit professional presence, consistent with Agency standards and values at all times.
• Interact with Agency personnel to facilitate positive, productive working relationships.
