PCA Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Providing nutritional support as needed. Such as meal preparation and assisting with feeding.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment within clients’ residences. Duties may include light cleaning and straightening of the bathroom, straightening the sleeping and living areas, washing the client's dishes or laundry, and other tasks to maintain cleanliness and safety for the client.
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in clients health or behavior to appropriate staff.
  • Companionship and providing emotional support.
  • Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Experience as a Caregiver preferable
  • Valid driver’s license/state ID and reliable daily transportation
  • Valid Car Insurance
  • Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
  • Adequate physical endurance
