Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Hospice team in Arlington County, VA. This full-time position supports home-based care for patients in need, delivering essential daily living activities and comfort in a hospice setting.

Responsibilities include ADLs, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, feeding, and reporting changes to the nurse. Requires VA CNA license, motorcycle/driver access, and ability to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Must have a Virginia CNA license.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Care for census of 5-6 patients.
• Assist in ADL activities: personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care and nails.
• Assist with toileting, positioning and transfer, bed mobility.
• Assist with prescribed exercises and ROM as taught by Hospice Nurse.
• Light housekeeping of patient unit/room, change of bed linens and laundry.
• Feed and assist with meals.
• Report changes in condition to Nurse.
