Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Arlington County, VA hospice team. This full-time position supports mobile primary care through in-home visits, delivering ADL assistance, meals, and comfort care.

Responsibilities include patient hygiene, transfers, ROM exercises, light housekeeping, and timely reporting to the nurse. Eligible employees receive standard benefits and opportunities to grow within a mission-driven home-health company.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Virginia CNA license.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable mode of transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Care for census of 5-6 patients.
• Provide ADL assistance including hygiene, grooming, and nails.
• Assist with toileting, transfers, and safe repositioning of bed-bound residents.
• Assist with prescribed exercises and ROM under Nursing supervision.
• Light housekeeping within the patient’s unit, including laundry.
• Assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Report patient changes to the Nurse.
• Maintain documentation and care notes.

Job Summary

We are actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our expanding Hospice Company. This full-time position is specifically for our Arlington County, VA region.

Responsibilities

• Care for census of 5-6 patients
• Provides or assists in ADL activities; personal hygiene, grooming, mouth, skin care and nails.
• Provides assistance in toileting, positioning and transfer activities, frequent turning and positioning of a bed bound resident/patient.
• Assists with the prescribed exercise and ROM activities which the resident/patient and Hospice aide have been taught by the Hospice Nurse.
• Assists with light housekeeping of individual's personal unit or room, including changing of bed linen and patient’s laundry.
• Feeds and assists with meals.
• Reports any changes in resident's/patient's condition to the Nurse

Qualifications

Pay Range: Starting at $20.00/hour
