Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate CNA to provide in-home personal care and support in Forsyth, Davidson, Davie, and Stokes counties as part of the Assistive Care Division. You will follow a plan of care, assist with daily living activities, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transport safely in clients' homes, with training and flexible scheduling to fit your life.

Qualifications

Have successfully completed a recognized CNA training course and be certified to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
A passion for caregiving, providing private home care, and a desire to help others.
A commitment to being present and providing quality care.
Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect.
Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.

Responsibilities

Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, you’ll provide personal care, household support, and companion care (homemaker) services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
Support clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care and more.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding, range of motion/exercises, and ambulation assistance.
Perform vital sign checks and medication reminders.
Provide light housekeeping and transportation support as needed.
