Right at Home seeks caregivers and CNAs in Wisconsin to provide compassionate in-home care for clients in their communities. Training is provided to ensure success, and we value honesty, approachability, and reliability in our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Current automobile insurance preferred.
• Pass a background check.
• Home care experience, CBRF certification and CNA license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Transfer/move client within the home.
• Housekeeping tasks (vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, dishes, laundry, bathroom).
• Prepare meals and snacks per instructions.
• Accompany client to errands or medical appointments.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, shaving.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Support range of motion exercises and dementia care.
• Provide companionship (reading, music, puzzles).
