Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking childcare providers to join our independent national agency to care for children of all ages and abilities in their own homes. You will be appreciated for comforting care that comes from the heart and help families rely on high-quality childcare.

We offer competitive pay between $12-$15 per hour, direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, time-and-a-half pay for overtime and holidays, flexible schedules, matching childcare providers with nearby clients,

Qualifications

• Provide attention to children’s needs, including engaging and fun activities.
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers.
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts.
