Job summary

Caremate Wellness Solutions, LLC is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical, in-home support based on an approved plan of care. You’ll assist with daily living activities and help families manage caregiving tasks, while maintaining client safety and dignity.

Responsibilities include ADL support, family coaching on transfers, and adherence to agency policies. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are highlighted in this role.

Qualifications

• Be skilled at caring for others.
• Need good interpersonal skills, service oriented with a good bedside manner.
• Must have patience and compassion for elderly and/or disabled citizens.
• Must provide 2 Professional References.
• 6 months or more of prior direct caregiving experience preferred; some training provided.
• Experience working with individuals with dementia/Alzheimer's disease.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services according to an approved plan of care.
• Aid with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene, meals, mobility).
• Assist family caregivers by teaching safe transfer and reposition techniques.
• Maintain a safe, secure home environment by following agency standards and procedures.
• Update job knowledge by participating in industry educational opportunities.
• Adhere to professional standards, agency policies, and applicable laws.
• Enhance service reputation by taking ownership and adding value to tasks.
