Job summary

Home Instead is hiring caregivers in the Los Angeles area to provide compassionate in-home care. Earn $18.50–$19.25 per hour with weekly pay, and enjoy benefits such as sick leave, paid training, and 401(k) matching.

You will foster client relationships, assist with meals and light housekeeping, and provide personal care, including grooming and bathing, while using our app for scheduling and updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and compassionate caregiving to clients.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Deliver personal care including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and incontinence support.
