Job summary

Home Instead is seeking caring caregivers to support clients across the Los Angeles area. Earn $18.50–$19.25 per hour with weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for training and growth.

Experience with caregiving, reliable transportation, and a willingness to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client are required. You’ll receive support from a dedicated team and access to an industry-leading mobile app for updates and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) or be a CNA/HHA/LVN/LPN or RN.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities; bilingual/multilingual encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
