Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support clients in Nashville in animal-friendly environments. Responsibilities include companionship, personal care, safety monitoring, light housekeeping and meal preparation, with shifts across days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and prior caregiving experience. We offer flexible full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities with training and ongoing support.

• Experience in caregiving and ability to work in animal-friendly homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, reassurance and social engagement.
• Support routines and independence.
• Ensure safety observation and supervision.
• Participate in approved activities and transport as needed.
• Prepare meals and snacks per client instructions.
• Encourage hydration and document intake.
• Perform light housekeeping in the service area.
• Assist with laundry, dishes and linens.
• Organize client supplies and keep walkways clear.
• Complete approved errands or transportation responsibilities.
