Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to join our team in Tennessee. We offer full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities with day, evening, night and overnight shifts to support clients in their homes.

You will assist with daily living activities, meal preparation and companionship, ensuring safety and dignity for each client. We value reliability, clear communication and patient, respectful care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least one year of professional caregiving, personal-care, home-care or related experience.
• Reliability, compassion and professionalism are essential.

Responsabilités

• Provide companionship and personal care as outlined in client care plans.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meal preparation and hydration.
• Provide medication reminders and record observations as required.
• Transport clients to appointments when needed and approved.
• Document care provided accurately in client records.
• Maintain client dignity, privacy and safety during all tasks.
