365 Health Services is seeking a Caregiver to support clients who may be unable to care for themselves due to illness, injury, surgery, or disability. The role emphasizes dignity, patience, compassion, and respect in daily care and home life.

The ideal candidate will provide light housekeeping, errands, transportation, meal preparation, medication assistance, and personal care while offering empathetic companionship to clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be able to complete a Criminal Background report.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to reach, bend, kneel and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, run errands, transportation, accompany to appointments, assist with medications, prepare meals, personal care and basic financial tasks.
• Provide companionship and conversation, encourage and support client wellbeing.
