Job summary

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience not required but helpful.
• A caregiver should be patient, attentive, resourceful and detail oriented.
• Background check is required; TB or chest X-ray and CPR certification due upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Be a genuine and supportive companion.
• Provide personal care and remind clients to take prescribed medication.
• Assist with walking, mobility and physical therapy exercises.
• Accompany clients to doctor’s appointments and errands.
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with Alzheimer/Dementia care.
• Perform light housekeeping.
