Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors. No prior caregiving required, but reliability and a strong work ethic are essential. Training and mentorship are provided, with regular raises and incentives.

PPE is supplied to protect health and safety, and shifts are available across a flexible schedule. Responsibilities include personal care, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship, with opportunities for career advancement

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Current TB test or chest X-ray and CPR certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine companionship and personal care.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
• Assist with mobility and light physical therapy exercises.
• Accompany clients to appointments and run errands.
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with daily activities.
• Assist with Alzheimer/Dementia care as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping.
