BrightCare HomeCare LLC in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking compassionate caregivers to help clients stay independent at home and maintain their dignity. You’ll assist with daily living activities, personal care, mobility and meals, provide companionship, and support families. Flexible scheduling and PRN options available, with ongoing training and a caring support team. Join us to make a meaningful everyday impact in the community.

Competenze

• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Access to reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment screening.
• Previous experience as an at-home caregiver or in senior communities preferred.
• Positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.

Mansioni

• Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent in their homes.
• Provide personal care and mobility assistance.
• Assist with meal planning, preparation and feeding.
• Properly manage household needs and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and respite services for families.
• Work across Baton Rouge westside and surrounding areas; shifts may vary.
