At Home Care of Louisiana is actively seeking experienced caregivers to join our team in the Greater Baton Rouge area. We value compassion, reliability, and a patient, empathetic approach to every client.

We offer flexible scheduling, bi-weekly pay, and a supportive office team. Training and ongoing education are provided to help you grow as a caregiver, with multiple shift options including day, evening, overnight, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Have at least 3–5 years of experience providing care for seniors.
• Pass a national background check and drug test.
• Have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Ability to use force of up to 50lb occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide Personal Care and Home Support.
• Assist with Light Housekeeping and Laundry.
• Meal Planning and Preparation and Medication Reminders.
• Transportation, errands, and support with exercises.
• End of life / hospice and palliative care and companionship.
