Job summary

Omatochi is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to provide in-home and community-based support across California. You will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring safety, respect, and alignment with care plans.

The role is field-based, non-exempt, hourly, with schedule variability including days, evenings and weekends. Requires at least 1 year of caregiving experience, reliable transportation, and ability to pass screenings; full benefits package is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or related experience.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation within service area.
• Ability to pass background check and required screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support services as outlined in client care plans.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients.
• Arrive on time for all scheduled visits; communicate schedule changes promptly.
• Accurately document services delivered using approved systems and report changes as needed.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality and follow company policies.
