Open Arms Solutions in Illinois is seeking experienced In-Home Caregivers to provide compassionate care to clients across the Deerfield and North Shore area. Flexible scheduling and ongoing assignments are available, with paid orientation and supportive scheduling.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience in home care, CNA/HHA, assisted living, nursing home, DSP, or a similar setting.
• Reliable transportation to client assignments.
• Ability to provide hands-on personal care.
• Strong communication and reliability.
• Willingness to work a consistent schedule based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and engagement.
• Assist with client routines and safety.
• Provide reliable, compassionate care according to the client’s care plan.
