Job summary

Happy to Help Caregiving in Eagle, Idaho is seeking reliable, compassionate in-home caregivers to join our non-medical care team. You will provide companionship, personal care support, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and veterans in their own homes, helping them stay safe and independent.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Follow written care plans and verbal instructions accurately.
Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks and mobility support.
Strong communication with clients, families, and office staff.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and meaningful engagement with clients.
Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene).
Prepare meals respecting client preferences and dietary needs.
Perform light housekeeping and maintain a clean living environment.
Provide medication reminders per care plan (no medication handling).
Assist with mobility and safe transfers using aids as needed.
Provide transportation assistance for appointments and errands.
Deliver respite care to support family caregivers and ensure continuity of care.
Document shift activity and communicate changes to the office.
