Job summary

Visiting Angels of Brookfield, CT is seeking compassionate caregivers to join a supportive team delivering non-medical home care and companionship to seniors.

We offer flexible scheduling across FT/PT/Overnight shifts, competitive pay, online CEU training, 401K with employer match, health plans for full-time staff, and referral bonuses. Travel to Brookfield and surrounding communities may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 12 months of caregiving experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to speak and read English.
• Dementia experience preferred.
• CNA/HHA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care and companionship to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, bathing, and dressing.
• Help with errands and transportation to appointments.
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and groceries.
• Monitor medication schedules and remind clients as needed.
