Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to attending shifts as scheduled.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.
• Assist clients with daily living activities including grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families to foster trust and communication.
• Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the supervising staff.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver high-quality care and adapt to each client's unique needs.
