Job summary

Personal Care Services Midsouth, LLC offers in-home caregiver roles focused on independence, safety and well-being. You will provide personalized assistance to clients across life stages, promoting comfort and dignity in their own homes.

This position emphasizes reliability, empathy, strong communication, and integrity while maintaining records and using mobile devices to clock in and document care. Training is provided to support success.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for roles requiring travel).
• Pass a Criminal background check and Abuse Registry/Sexual Offender Registry status.
• Minimum of 1 year of home healthcare caregiver experience preferred.
• 6 references (3 professional, 3 personal).

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals based on dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Assist mobility and transfers using safe techniques.
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing).
• Provide companionship and engage clients in activities or light exercise.
• Observe and report changes in physical or mental health to family or supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and daily activities.
