Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification/training is a plus.
• Ability to follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Ability to complete required background checks, onboarding, and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) per care plans.
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping.
• Support safe transfers and ambulation when trained and authorized.
• Provide medication reminders as permitted by the care plan.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions to the office.
• Maintain shift documentation and communicate professionally with clients and staff.
• Respect client confidentiality, dignity, safety, and preferences.
