Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Training in First Aid and emergency response is provided if needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle to transport clients.
• Able to perform light housekeeping and cooking while adhering to dietary constraints.
• Commitment to health and safety standards and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene needs.
• Support light physical activity or walks with clients.
• Plan and prepare meals with clients.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Report health changes or unusual incidents to supervisors.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Accompany clients during shopping trips and appointments.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
