Job summary

Visiting Angels - Brighton, CO is seeking experienced Caregivers to support local clients in Brighton and surrounding areas including Broomfield, Wattenburg, Lafayette, Louisville, Todd Creek, Henderson, and more. Join a locally owned in-home care team known for compassionate service and caregiver support.

We offer a range of shifts and a chance to make a meaningful difference in clients’ daily lives while working with a respected national homecare network.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year caregiving experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Background check required.
• Random drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.).
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients with routine exercises.
• Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the clients (when they are able).
• Do the client's shopping or accompany them when they shop.
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own.
• Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
• Report any unusual incidents.
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
