Job summary

Home Helpers Careers is seeking an experienced caregiver for Dacula, GA and surrounding areas. The role requires 3+ years of hands-on caregiving, including ADLs, with a focus on compassion, reliability, and safety.

Schedule is Mon-Fri 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; positions range from part-time to full-time and start immediately. Benefits include a performance-based bonus and a flexible schedule, with emphasis on client dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Hands-on experience providing personal care.
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, transfers, and meal preparation.
• Must be ready to start immediately.
• Must have reliable personal transportation.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible.
• Compassionate and patient with clients.
• Able to work independently and follow care plans and instructions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on personal care and daily assistance
• Assist clients with ADLs while maintaining their comfort and dignity
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks related to client care
• Monitor and report changes in the client's condition
• Follow the client's care plan and safety guidelines
