One You Love Homecare of North, South, and West Houston is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support to older adults, promoting independence and dignity. Responsibilities include companionship, personal care assistance, daily living tasks, and light housekeeping, with a focus on safe, respectful care.

Flexible scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and overnights, and opportunities to grow professionally are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is a plus.
• State certification/licensing required if applicable.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
• Maintain client safety and report changes.
• Observe infection control and follow care plans.
• Provide transportation for appointments and activities.
• Light housekeeping and laundry; remind clients to take medications.
• Clock in/out and document all tasks.
