Senior Helpers is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers, providing essential support to clients in their own homes to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

As a caregiver, you will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, help with meals and medications, perform light housekeeping, and accompany clients to appointments. We offer flexible schedules and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Experience with elderly caregiving preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of dementia and memory-related conditions a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meals and medication reminders.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
• Monitor changes in health or behavior and report them.
