Right at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home non-medical care for seniors and adults with disabilities in the Houston area. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, meals, transportation, and companionship while ensuring safety and dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving ability.
• Pass state background check and drug screen.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Successfully complete orientation and required trainings.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with transfers and ambulation.
• Help with bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Prepare meals and assist with cleanup.
• Provide transportation to errands or medical appointments.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer dementia and Alzheimer’s care.
• Perform laundry and light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship through activities like reading and music.
