Impact Home Health is seeking an Attendant Caregiver to provide compassionate, non-medical in-home support in Winfield, KS. The role is an urgent hire with part-time hours, serving clients in their homes on a flexible day shift schedule from 9:00am to 2:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Local travel and reliable transportation are required for client visits. Responsibilities include personal care assistance, mobility support, light housekeeping, and companionship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year of professional caregiving or closely related experience.
• Able to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, weekends as needed.
• Valid Kansas driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Must pass background checks and onboarding requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide non-medical personal care assistance per care plan.
• Assist clients with safe mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Prepare meals; light housekeeping, errands, and home safety support.
• Offer companionship and emotional support while honoring client preferences.
• Follow care instructions, infection-control practices, and report hazards promptly.
• Maintain privacy and HIPAA compliance in all interactions.
