Happy to Help Caregiving - West Virginia is seeking a Non-Medical Caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home support in Fayette/Uniontown area. No medical experience required, but compassionate care and reliability are essential.

You will assist with ADLs, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe, comfortable home environment. We offer paid training, flexible schedules, and mileage reimbursement to help you thrive in this rewarding role.

Qualifications

• Age 18+ with valid Photo ID and U.S. work authorization.
• PA State Police clearance and PA Child Abuse History clearance; FBI check if PA residency <2 years.
• Negative TB screening before direct client contact.
• Direct care worker competency evaluation or state-approved onboarding training.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) and reliable transportation.
• Ability to assist with personal care and mobility (up to 25 lbs).
• Kind, patient, trustworthy, and respectful with reliable attendance and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home one-on-one support, assist with ADLs and mobility.
• Offer companionship and monitor safety for clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation errands.
• Remind clients to take medications and support routine.
• Maintain professional boundaries and ensure a respectful home environment.
