Happy to Help Caregiving in Grafton, WV is seeking an In-Home Caregiver (Non Medical) to provide compassionate, one-on-one support in clients' homes across West Virginia. You will deliver companionship, personal care, meal prep, and mobility assistance tailored to each care plan.

As a trusted caregiver, you’ll help clients live safely and independently, while enjoying flexible scheduling—full-time, part-time, or PRN—with weekly or daily pay and paid training to start.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent).
• Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Comfortable assisting with personal care tasks and physical mobility support.
• Ability to accurately follow written care plans and verbal instructions.
• Reliable punctuality and a patient, positive demeanor, with strong, respectful communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engagement tailored to each client.
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Prepare meals according to dietary needs and assist with feeding if required.
• Perform light housekeeping and manage household tasks.
• Provide medication reminders and monitor client well-being.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Support transportation to appointments and outings.
• Provide respite care for family caregivers and document care activities.
