Phoenician HomeCare is seeking in-home caregivers to support seniors in the North Phoenix metro area. We offer flexible hours, 4-hour minimum shifts, and a team that values respect and support for both clients and staff.

Join a locally owned agency serving Maricopa County with incentives, caregiver recognition programs, and easy-to-use mobile tools for managing schedules. Comfortable, reliable transportation required and prior caregiving experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Availability for daytime and/or overnight shifts.
• Ability to work at least 4-hour blocks.
• Reliable transportation.
• Prior caregiving (or similar) experience required.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and social interaction.
• Assisting with personal care and daily living activities.
• Performing light housekeeping and preparing simple meals.
• Offering medication reminders.
• Helping with errands or attending appointments when needed.
