Job summary

Honor is hiring experienced in-home caregivers in the Phoenix area to provide one-on-one care that helps seniors live safely and comfortably at home.

This role offers competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with benefits including sick leave, paid training, medical insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. Ideal candidates will have at least six months of caregiving experience and must be reliable with transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR certifications as CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) for consistent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help with bathing, grooming, and personal care.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and daily routines.
• Support safety and independence at home.
