Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is seeking experienced caregivers to join our growing team. We provide in-home care that keeps clients safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We proudly serve private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES programs, with weekly pay and opportunities for growth.

Whether you’re seeking additional hours or a stable schedule, we offer full-time and part-time roles with paid time off after 30 days and a chances for ongoing training as we expand across Tennessee.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years caregiving experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to pass background and compliance screenings

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and daily routines
• Follow client care plans
• Maintain a safe home environment
• Report changes in client condition to the team
